1. Return Eligibility
Products can be returned only if they meet the following conditions:
- The product is unused and in original condition
- The seal is intact and not opened
- The product is properly packed in its original packaging
- There is no damage to the product or packaging
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Time Frame
- Returns must be requested within 3–5 days of delivery
- Requests made after this period may not be accepted
3. Return Shipping Charges
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost
- Ruby Herbal Pharma does not provide reverse pickup unless agreed in special cases
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of approval or rejection
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken seals
- Damaged or tampered items
- Items returned without original packaging
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled
